- Arrange, hide or lock categories: Settings → Arrange, Hide and Lock Categories.
Common questions
Does HappyPie come with channels?
No. HappyPie Player Pro is only a player. You add your own playlist from a provider of your choice.
A channel or movie won't play.
The stream comes from your provider, so first check it works elsewhere. Too many devices watching at once is a common cause. On Android, Settings → Live stream format can also help.
A movie plays with no sound on Roku.
Some movies use a surround sound type that Roku devices can't play. HappyPie tells you when that happens; the same movie usually plays fine on an Android box.
I forgot my parental PIN.
Clearing the app's data resets it. This also removes your playlists and settings, so you'll need to add them again.
